Depending on your content and audience, it can also serve as a Living Knowledge Library: Instead of publishing static pages like a typical CMS, Notearama publishes knowledge that evolves automatically as the author’s notes evolve.

💰 Is Notearama free?

Yes, for the foreseeable future. But because SaaS applications incur cloud compute, storage, and network costs, there may be future releases with more advanced features that will be on a fee basis.

⚖️ How does Notearama differ from the Evernote and OneNote sharing features?

• Notearama provides a direct Web link to any notebook that can be shared or posted anywhere with no restrictions

• Evernote only allows sharing notebooks with specific email addresses

• When recipients receive an Evernote notebook invitation, sign in to Evernote is required

• When recipients receive a OneNote invitation, sign in to a Microsoft account is required

• When a notebook is shared in Evernote or OneNote, the recipient gains direct access to your workspace, although access is technically limited to the shared notebook. With Notearama, the shared notebooks are decoupled from your workspace through extreme security measures, so there is zero attack surface and only the notebooks you choose to share are exposed.

• Evernote and OneNote are not unified Knowledge Publishing Systems; each share is not managed and cannot be organized or formed in shareable collections.

🧠 What kind of content can I publish?

Any content created in supported PKM apps and that complies with our Terms of Use, but Notearama is ideal for:

• More detailed, frequently updated, and/or time-sequenced content compared to a website

• Authoritative content with unique human perspectives and proprietary data

• Original information and lived experiences rather than summaries or generic information

• High-value content that AI cannot easily replicate

• Submissions are processed for grammar, writing quality, format, font, and style consistency, and terms of use compliance. Results are presented for users to review and approve or reject.

📝 Can I edit my content in Notearama?

• No, Notearama is only a "headless" Knowledge Publishing System. All content creation and editing is done in your PKM app.

• You can change the sort order of your notes, and organize notebooks into collections.

🌐 Can my content be found on search engines and by AI agents?

Yes. You have the option to make selected content public and indexable by search engines and AI agents, helping you grow your audience organically.

🤝 Can I interact with my audience?

Yes. Notebook viewers can exchange private messages with publishers. This feedback loop will help publishers improve, build new connections, and develop a loyal community.

Yes. Publishers can monetize their content through:
